Day 3 at EP

Today is quite busy meeting day.

BA demo meeting

• each BA shall be well prepared for the every point appeared on your slides, in case user will ask you, such as abbreviation, terms.

• not only the UI function and restriction, you shall tell the background and reason you design as this.

• Open to see and listen to users.

Grooming

BA shall lead the discussion, do not let the discussion go to unless one, like an edge case. Always keep the users requriements in mind, and why they need it.

Workflow meeting with UX

The 1st time to have the chance to get close with real UX. It is a chanllenge for me since they asked everyone to write down the big steps of the business. Though I found I knew the content shared later, this really made I think that I should do more digging into the Nav world, if we gonna take the Nav projects.

Retrospective

Good things are everyone on the meeting is talking, sharing thoughts, having complains but also the solution of that.

The bad thing is too much complaints, which I think it’s not so proper, it’s teamwork, even across teams
