adj. 1. reversed (turned backward) in order or nature or effect  2. opposite in nature or effect or relation to another quantity "a term is in inverse proportion to another term if it increases (or decreases) as the other decreases (or increases)"

Inverse 在科学描述上说明是反向的。A和B成反比，逆时针方向等等。不带评价感情。

preverse . 反常的。还带有错误的使用的意思，误解等。甚至会用来说人的堕落。

reverse 逆转，相反，倒退啊。reversed many of the policise， reverse the inhibition effect. 与现有的，已有的情况相反的这个动作。 Turn it around. 某个东西写反，调换反转回来就是用reverse。

这几个的用法意思还是有区别，蛮有趣的。

Ct values are inverse to the amount of nucleic acid that is in your sample, and correlate to the number of copies in your sample. Lower Ct values indicate high amounts of targeted nucleic acid, while higher Ct values mean lower (and even too little) amounts of your target nucleic acid.
