微信支付

使用微信支付时需要将app注册到微信

sign的生成方法如下：

请求微信接口，返回订单信息；
返回订单信息后需要对appid，partnerid，noncestr，prepayid，prepay_id，timestamp，package这六个参数进行二次签名，生成新的sign，方法同上
