I graduated from Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications.
my major is the Information and Communication Engineering. In the past 3 years , I worked in ZTE Corporation as a software development，especially Web front-end development, I like the job I do.In my spare time, I love dancing，yoga and reading history releated books. Everybody knows that exercise not only keeps us healthy, but also has a goodeffect on our study.
Frankly speak, I’m attracted by the position you offer. Moreover，citrix is a global company, so I feel I can gain a lot from working in this kind of company. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position.

my major is the Information and Communication Engineering. In the past 3 years , I worked in ZTE Corporation company as a software development，escpecially Web front-end development, I hope to get more learning opportunities to enrich my experience.I enjoy dancing and yoga, I feel better when I do this kind of things. I'm a curious person, and I like learning new things

2.为什么要辞职？
The former company hasn’t done well in the past 2 years, they have to make some redundancy and our department is lucky enough to be one of them. What a pity.
Frankly speak, I’m attracted by the position you offer. My current employer now offers an okay salary, but the career opportunities here are very limited because the size of business is relatively small. I think you can understand my choice.
Because in my previous project group， I have to work overtime, This is not to say that I don't work hard, but I want a balance between work and life，and I also want more chance for me to give full pay to my ablity, so I decided to change my job and my working environment, I'd like to find a job which is more challenging. Moreover，citrix is a global company, so I feel I can gain a lot from working in this kind of company. That is the reason why I come here to compete for this position. I think I'm a good team player and a person of great honesty to others. Also，I am able to work under great pressure. I am confident that I am qualified for the post of engineer in your company.
3.What’s the meaning of your English name? 你的英文名字有什么含义么？
My English name Bonnie comes from a model I like, She's beautiful and work hard, and she's all powerful，She also like yoga and dance, sh also is a host and show judge, She is doing charity，I want to be a person like her.
4.What’s the meaning of your email address? 你的电子邮件地址有什么寓意么？
well，IOT means Ineternet of Things, I gratuated from njuput of IOT, and why is 300,because it menas outlook thirtieth Century，I want to looking ahead, keeping pace with the times, also, I want to encourage myself never to be lazy! You know I am a hardworking person.
5.Where are you from? Where is your hometown? 你是哪里人？家乡在什么地方？
Well, my hometown is a small town which you probably have heard of. The name of the town is peixian, Peixian is the hometown of Liu Bang,Liu Bang was the first emperor of the Han Dynasty
The town is located in the north of Jiangsu Province. When you look at the map, China looks like a rooster on the map. My hometown alougth is known to most people because it’s quite poor. The average income for a family is less than two or three thousand RMB per month.
5. Why did you select your major area of study? 你为什么选择了这个专业？
问题分析： 外国面试官更喜欢提“为什么”的问题， 他希望申请人是一个有主见的人。
回答示范1： I was quite good at mathematics and physics back in high school so I chose a related major, Computer and Telecommunications. You know, these two majors are the hottest these years.I like this major and want do the things I like.

7. Describe the employee you most enjoy working with. 你最喜欢和什么样的同事一起合作？
I enjoy working with positive-minded people who don’t complain too much. I find it uncomfortable to work with those who always complain. In my opinion, we either need to make improvements or accept the facts. Complaining is a total waste of time.
13. What is an ideal boss like? 你最喜欢的老板是什么样子的？
Ideal boss? Let me see. Well, in my opinion, an ideal boss can effectively motivate his or her subordinates by encouraging good performance and punishing poor performance. I will feel highly motivated to do a good job if I know my boss would reward me for excellent performance.
14.What do you consider your strengths as an employee? 作为一名公司职员， 你觉得自己有什么优点？
问题分析： 请大家注意， 这个问题的前提是“作为一名员工的优点”， 它和单纯的“你有什么优点”是有区别的。你必须列举自己在工作场合的优点。
回答示范1： I am keen on making improvements. I can find problems and like to find ways to solve the problems. Our team has a Suggestion Scheme, that is, every employee is encouraged to offer suggestions on improvements to technology and management. Besides technical suggestions I have also given some advice on management, though it seems unimportant to some people. For example, I have suggested that music be played in the workplace, and that one light is good enough in toilets instead of three lights. I am persistent.
30. What do you see as your weaknesses as an employee? 作为一名公司职员， 你觉得自己有什么缺点？
I am likely to be influenced by the environment. I study hard when I find everybody else studying hard! It would be great if I could join Citrix, as I can be influenced by the high quality people here!
31. What factors in a work situation motivate you? 工作中有哪些因素能够激励你？
问题分析： 在这个问题上， 面试官要捕捉的信息点是： 第一， 你是什么样的人？能直截了当告诉面试官自己需要钱来激励的申请人一定是比较爽直的人； 一个需要老板表扬的家伙一定自尊心很强， 等等。第二， 这份工作到底能否让你满意？
回答示范： There are many, hehe, I’m easily motivated. Money; of course; is a key motivator. The sense of achievement also motivates me a lot, say, winning honors, being praised by boss, clients and colleagues. In addition, pressure can provide motivation for me, too.
点评： 很全面的回答， 体现出申请人的几大优点： 第一， 实话实说自己喜欢钱； 第二， 自己是个容易被鼓舞的人， 要知道面试官最怕招聘进来一个不爱钱财、不爱美人的冷面人， 不爱吃胡萝卜的驴不可能好好拉磨； 第三， 自己是个好胜心很强的人， 喜欢获得奖励获得老板与客户的认可； 第四， 自己不怕压力。
