Maven的pom文件 提示错误 Failure to transfer com.thoughtworks.xstream:xstream:jar:

pom.xml文件提示错误，信息如下

网上搜到的方案 如下

1 删除m2\repository 所有 .lastUpdated为扩展名的文件

2 打开cmd 在 工程目录执行 mvn clean install -U ，注意U 大写
