Receive port always be disabled.

I configured a receive port in FILE to a local folder.

Biztalk administration console keep show that port is disables.

I found It is user right issue.

Work around is getting the biztalk server logon user name by click server in biztalk administration console and right click on the server to get the username from logon

add that username in that folder security configuration and give full control.
