opencv3以后SIFT和SURF之类的属性被移到了contrib中

原因是 CUDA9.0 不再支持2.0架构
1)找到FindCUDA.cmake 文件
将

find_cuda_helper_libs(nppidei)

find_cuda_helper_libs(nppitc)
将
