语义辨析：
第一组：
1.say 说，着重说的内容，是及物动词，一般用于引出直接、间接引语，或说出具体的话。
eg.What did she say?
    She said (that) she wouldn't come.
2.speak 说话，着重说的动作，是不及物动词，也作“演说”解。
eg.I will speak to him about the matter.
此外，speak 可以做及物动词，意为“讲……语言”。
eg.Do you speak English?
3.talk 意为“谈话”，常跟to，about ，with 等介词连用。
eg.He was talking to a friend.
4.tell 意为“告诉”，有时表示“嘱咐”或语气较轻的“命令”，后面常跟a story ,the truth,lies 等词，也可以跟双宾语。
eg.Our teacher told us an interesting story.
  I told him all about it.我把一切都告诉了他。
第二组：
1.watch意为“观看，注视”，看正在动的东西。
eg.I watched a football match yesterday.
2.see意为“看见，看到”。
eg.I saw him running.
3.look 有意识地注意看。
eg.He is looking at the picture.
4.notice 注意到，看到
eg.I didn't notice.我没注意到你。

looked up 查找、抬头
She didn't look up or react in any way. 她既不抬头，也没有任何反应。
Look up the trains to Beijing in the timetable. 查火车时刻表上到北京的列车。

表示说话人的猜测，估计应该

多用于第一人称。

should 
(1) 表示劝告或建议。例如： He should learn how to drive the car. 
(2) 表示预测或可能。例如： This kind of reference book should be in the reading-room.

(4) should + 动词的完成形式，表示应该已经做某事。例如： I should have thought of that.

What do you think of（about）the film？你认为那部影片怎么样？ 

think of表示下列意义时，一般不和think about换用： 
①想要；打算。例如：

②想出；想到。例如：

③关心；想着。例如：

think over意为“仔细考虑”。例如： 
Think over，and you'll find a way．仔细考虑一下，你就会有办法的。
