AT 5280 60V, 1.8μA High-Voltage & Ultra-Low Quiescent Current LDO

The AT5280A/B series is a high input voltage, ultra-low quiescent current regulator. The device can allow an input voltage as high as 60V. The typical quiescent current is 1.8μA and drops down to 0.1μA when the device is disabled. The device is available in fixed output voltages of 3.0V, 3.3V, 3.6V and 5.0V. The device features integrated short-circuit and thermal shutdown protection. This device also features fast response and soft-start to ensure no overshoot during start-up and short circuit recovery. The AT5280A/B series is available in SOT23, SOT25 and SOT89 packages.
