在ionic3.0.0下，ionic start创建项目的时候，会出现““Error: Timeout of 25000ms reached for https://github.com/driftyco/ionic2-app-base/archive/master.ta”

以Mac为例：

1、在终端输入“ping github.com”，获取IP：192.30.255.112；

2、找到hosts文件，

   前往文件夹-------/etc/hosts，用代码编辑器打开hosts，输入：192.30.255.112 github.com，保存。

又可以用了。
