研二计算机-IEEE ACCESS-论文投稿上岸经验分享
背景：

某985计算机专业研二学生，使用深度学习算法预测海水温度，算是计算机和海洋学科交叉，占比各50%。没有任何计算机技术含量和海洋学科专业知识，纯属搬运工…
没有任何论文写作背景和导师期刊圈子背景，纯属自己到处投稿碰壁，被拒，投稿…
从2019.4.30-11.30前后经历了7个月，4次投稿…中间由于个人很多事情耽误了几个月，实际上可以缩减成4个月，抛去业界评价IEEE ACCESS的审稿速度和水平还是可以的。但是4次重投还是很让人绝望的。
写论文不易，能混就混吧…
2018.11.11-2019.2.1实验设计阶段
基本都是老师和上届学长遗留的设计思路，感觉自己设计实在不行
2019.2.14-3.25初稿准备阶段
先写好中文然后谷歌翻译然后修改语法错误（英文水平有限无法直接英文写作）
2019.3.25-4.24:期间共投了6家二区及一区海洋类期刊：
1.International Journal of Applied Earth Observation and Geoinformation
2.Remote Sensing
3.AGU_Oceans
4.deep-sea research part i-oceanographic research papers
5.Canada JOURNAL OF remote sensing
6.JOURNAL OF GEOPHYSICAL RESEARCH-OCEANS
…
纷纷被拒，连审稿环节都没有进，主编直接拒稿，要么不符合期刊主题，要么英文写作差…【反正各种理由就是不想让你进入审稿】。总结出：海洋类学科圈子极小，不是圈子人根本不要你，连想也别想。

Your paper presents an interesting new technique to determine subsurface thermal structure using neural networks, but it is entirely based on statistics and it is difficult to find any new insight into the physics or dynamics of the ocean. I regret to inform you that it has been declined for publication in Journal of Geophysical Research - Oceans.
We hope that you are able to have the paper published promptly elsewhere; a methods journal may be more appropriate.

Deep-Sea Research Part I
*Thank you for your interest in submitting your work to the Canadian Journal of Remote Sensing (CJRS). I briefly read your manuscript before initiating the formal review process. Noting your significant efforts invested in this study, I regret to say that, in my opinion, the topic of research addressed your study falls outside of the CJRS scope. The definition of aim and scope of CJRS is available at the following link . It says that the journal publishes topics related to “sensor and algorithm development, image processing techniques and advances focused on a wide range of remote sensing applications”. Although your study uses the satellite remote sensing data of the ocean surface at very high processing level (monthly means, 0.25deg x 0.25deg) as input, the main purpose of your research is the development of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method for estimation of subsurface temperature anomalies in the Pacific Ocean. In my opinion, your study fits better one of the journals focused on the ocean sciences or the neural network applications.
I would suggest also conducting an additional thorough editing of the English grammar and presentation style to increase the chance of positive outcome of the review process. In its present form, the manuscript is an easy target for very serious critique.

改投IEEE ACCESS【知名二区水刊，$1,750【专门赚中国人钱的】】：
IEEE ACCESS属于在线期刊，没有纸质版，一个月发行很多很多很多…篇，2019年发了1万多篇！！！一篇稿费1万多【跪了】，2016年是808篇，2017年是2325篇，2018年是6538篇。IEEE ACCESS的2019年影响因子(JCR2018)是4.098。妥妥是4分+的SCI期刊。据说被很多高校已经拉入黑名单了【至少我们学校还没有…】。
唯一优点：审稿速度巨快，一周时间会给你审稿意见。
据说挺好投，可能我水平实在太差，前后经历了4次审稿，每次审稿人都给出了很高水平的修改意见，相当的仔细，改的都怀疑这还是不是水刊…
投稿步骤：
1.官网按照IEEE ACCESS的模板调整好格式，特别是参考文献的格式，不然会叫你重投：
IEEE ACCESS模板，分为word版本和LaTex两种版本
2.进入提交系统：提交系统链接
3.第一次提交分为3个文件：Manuscript（论文原件）、Cover Letter（给编辑的跪舔信，大致分三个点介绍下你这篇论文的创新点）、Author bios（作者的简介，IEEE ACCESS需要全部作者的照片）
4.需要每个作者的ORCID，最好每个作者都要注册一个，一般老师都会有。我是第四次的时候叫我每个作者都需要ORCID，前三次只需要了我的和通讯作者。ORCID官网地址
5.关于投稿时需不需用通讯作者的邮箱：你可以用你自己的，通讯作者的确定是以文章中注明的为准。
6.等待一周左右
2019.5.8：进入审稿阶段
2019.5.20:审稿意见：1个接受小修，2个拒绝鼓励重投，主编鼓励重投
3个审稿人整整慢慢的英文2页纸！！！提出的问题和意见水平都很高，从写作到数据到实验设计到算法的设计及实验结果，论文的配图方方面面都讲到了…感觉到了人生的绝望…
2019.6.6:IEEE居然叫我审稿一篇韩国人的论文，期间经历美国抵制华为：IEEE（全球电器与电子工程师协会）下令禁止华为专家参与期刊审稿，根据IEEE中的邮件，禁止华为员工、以及华为赞助的个人担任审稿人和编辑。中国学者纷纷退出审稿来抵制IEEE这个操作，让我这个刚刚有点希望的学术小白咋整…

2019.7.23：第二次投稿
经过两个月的大修，疯狂舔审稿人后第二次投出。整整回复了15页英文！！！！【论文才写了13页】
重投步骤：
1.修改好格式后重新进入投稿系统，重新投。IEEE ACCESS是无论多小的修改都要重新进入系统投递，但是会有个选择是否第二次重投，填入上次的文章ID。
2.提交4个文件：Manuscript-yellow-highlight（这个是你修改后用黄色字体标注上的论文）、Manuscript（修改后无背景的原文）、Cover Letter、Author bios
2019.8.4：审稿意见：相同审稿人：2个接受小修，一个拒绝鼓励重投
说实话这次审稿意见依然很有水平，问题都很深刻，没办法，继续改吧。
2019.8.5：主编尼玛又给你搞来一个审稿人，这是什么操作完全看不懂了，网上查找也没有这个操作，这就是4个审稿人了！！！！而且这个新的审稿人巨那啥，直接拒绝，提出这个实验从根本上就是错误！！！我尼玛…还能咋弄，硬舔了。

2019.10.11：第三次投稿
暑假期间经历了很多事，没有顾上论文，其实没有改多少东西，这个时间可以压缩至一个月就可以重投了。
10.17号编辑给我回复说每个作者都要有ORCID iD…跪了，又联系各个加名字的老师一一给注册ORCID iD…
10.23号编辑又说论文排版有问题…我。。。。之前咋个就没问题！！！！
2019.11.6审稿人意见：3个皆接受小修…第四个审稿人没有再出现！！！！（再出现估计还得投一波）。这次问题很小，一个周就改完了

2019.11.22审稿意见：只回复了两个接受，第二天直接邮件接受论文通知…

1.写作润色：先写的中文，然后谷歌翻译的英文，然后更改了更改语法…说实话英文写作能力真的不行，期间在第二次投稿时使用论文润色机构润色了一次【基本就给你改了改语法然后就2000多，有一项服务是可以给你润色很多次，4000多，最好购买这种，后面审稿人每次都提出写问题，都是硬着头皮改的】

2.排版：严格按照IEEE ACCESS双排的格式进行排版，不然后期改的让你吐血

4.微信小程序：中科院文献情报中心分区表。可以查询期刊属于几区…

查询期刊属于几区及期刊投稿经验，这个用的比较多，但是很多投稿经验纯属搞笑
5.写论文步骤：
【1】摘要：你干了什么事：研究区域，数据，方法，结果，对科学的贡献【吹牛皮】
【2】引言：其他科研人员干了什么，我干了什么，我的结果比其他人牛逼在什么地方，我的结果别人无法超越，就是很厉害很厉害
【3】数据：你实验数据的来源，如何处理的，怎么使用的
【4】方法：你的实验方法是什么，你怎么设计的，怎么实施的
【5】实验结果及分析：最好的结果，对应结果有什么现象，有什么贡献
【6】结论：和摘要差不多，但是字数要多写！！！！
【7】参考文献：严格按照期刊的参考文献格式添加就行了
