第十章名字起的很有意思：The Revenge of The Electric Car 。传统汽车行业曾经以为Tesla不过是个小噱头，未曾想电动汽车在Tesla的引领下，一雪前耻，傲视群雄。

Tesla异军突起，处处夺人眼球：性能佳、内饰炫，空间大，科技感强，省油省保养，炫酷的维修方式，新颖的购车体验。这些都使得Tesla旗下的Model S成为汽车界的新宠，2012年，被评为“年度汽车”之后， 迅速引发传统汽车市场的一阵恐慌。

Musk之前并未涉足汽车行业，虽说初出茅庐，但是他引领Tesla一步步走来，生产出高性能、环保又炫酷的电动汽车，颠覆了人们多年来对于电动车的偏见。

Tesla成功的背后，也有其波折的发展历程。经历了诸如涨价风波、召回事件、甚至打官司。但是这些看似负面的事件，Musk总是能够转危为安，甚至锦上添花。

Ever since ,Musk has tried to turn any snafu with a Tesla into an excuse to show off the company attention to service and dedication to pleasing the customer . More often than not , the strategy has worked. 

正如前面章节中提到，Musk是一个非常乐观的人。他能够绝处逢生，就是他总能看到事物向好的一面，甚至将负面的形势视为一个机会。例如在Tesla出现一些失误的时候，他不是逃避，而是把不利因素当做展现公司负责任形象的良好机会。在“不利”向“利” 的转换过程，需要我们转变思维模式，更乐观的看待问题，更开放多角度地理解问题。

At first the more traditional automakers viewed Teslaas a gimmick and its surging sales as part of fad. These sentiments, however, soon gave way to a panic. The Model S of Tesla was named Car of the Year just a few months after it started shipping. Musk upended the decades of criticisms against electric cars as the  Model S even outclassed most other luxury sedans in terms of raw speed, mileage, handling,and storage space.The car had accomplished what Musk had intentded from the outset . It proved that elctric cars could be fun to drive and that they could be objects of desire.

when dealing with such incidents as price increase and safety recalls, Musk tried to turn any snafu with a Tesla into an excuse to show off the company attention to service and dedication to pleasing the customer.And more often than not ,the strategy has worked . 

As difficult as the begining of Tesla , the adventure had whetted Musk's appetite for upgrades and innovations . Tesla's new car would be made from scratch and structured to take full advantage of what the electric-car thchnology offered .
