基本结构

create or replace function somefunc()

$$作用

  • 函数代码在function中实际上为一个字符串,代码1和代码2等价,但代码中字符串的单引号需要写两个进行转义。

  • “美元符引用”书写字符串常量,使单引号、反斜线、$符等按照字面值进行解释,不需要写两个或在4个或着更多进行转义,代码3和代码4等价。

  • $中间可以包含可选的标签,但是标签要成对出现,且大小写敏感。代码5和代码6和代码7等价。

  • 块名可选,代码8和9等价

  • 块可嵌套,内层同名变量覆盖外层同名变量,可通过指定块名引用。

  • 函数体是一个隐藏的块,块名是函数名。

命名参数

  • 在函数声明时直接命名参数

  • 使用别名和美元符号

create or replace function somefunc(varchar,varchar)

执行SQL

  • 没有返回结果的SQL可以直接执行

  • 不需要返回结果的select可以通过perform执行。perform替换select

  • 执行动态拼接SQL

返回结果

返回结果分为返回标量(单行)和返回结果集合(多行)两种情况。

  • 返回标量

  • SETOF 作用

    返回结果集合(多行)时,需要使用SETOF指定

  • 返回结果集

  • 返回结果集时PostgreSQL 9.5.4,需要使用自定义类型或表类型制定返回类型,不能用record匿名类型。

循环判断

  • LOOP循环
create or replace function testloop1()

       count := count + 1;

  • WHILE循环
create or replace function testloop2()

  • FOR循环

  for i in reverse 100..1 by 2 loop

  • FOREACH循环
create or replace function testloop5()
