This is my virgin time to use Jianshu. My husband recommended this app to me. He said i can write what i reflect about the day before i go to bed.

Today i learned two lesson from openlanguage. 

The fisrt one :Top 5 diet mistakes.

The goods labeled as fat-free or sugur free is not so healty as we think of. The producers add artificial ingredients to replace sugar in order to make goods taste delicious. Those man-mad material does harm to people's health,even worse than the natural sugar.

It is not true that eating less will lose weight in long term run. It only works in short time. If we eat less than what we need, the body metabolism gradually becomes slow, which makes the lossing weight more difficult.

The second : Spend a productive holiday

1 Have a staycation. Travelling in Chinese New Year would be stressful and expensive. Having a staycation might just be the perfect solution.

2 Unclutter or get rid of things. It makes you feel good to get rid of the things you never use or never think you had. 

3 Learn a new skill. One week might be not enough to learn a new skill. However, you can make a new head start or improve existing ones.

Actually I can't remember all the points of the two articles, the above is all in my mind now.

My poor memory, hope it become better in the future.
