MySQL8.0的坑之lower_case_table_names

在安装了8.0.14之后，初始化的时候在my.cnf里设置了lower_case_table_names=1，安装好了之后，启动报错：

查看MySQL官方文档，有记录：

lower_case_table_names can only be configured when initializing the server. Changing the lower_case_table_names setting after the server is initialized is prohibited.

只有在初始化的时候设置 lower_case_table_names=1才有效，比如：

--initialize --lower-case-table-names=1
