Q1 :

Moving file failed - mocing temp XXX to XX 拒绝访问

A1:

因为之前改变了asset的bundlename等属性但是没有保存,要调用AssetDatabase.SaveAssets();

 

 

Q2:

设置asset的bundlename的时候报错

 AssetBundle name "/atlas/atlas_cardroom.prefab" is not a relative path. 
  Please use relative path which is relative to the outputPath in the BuildPipeline.BuildAssetBundles()

A2:

 前面多了个斜杠,  /Atlas/atlas_cardroom.prefab 改为  Atlas/atlas_cardroom.prefab
