在执行 ./bootstrap.sh 脚本自动下载fabric-samples和fabric镜像时,由于国内网络的原因,常常会下载 hyperledger-fabric-linux-amd64-1.4.0.tar.gz 失败的错误导致无法继续进行:

在这里你只需要根据脚本在超时后的提示地址下载镜像文件并解压使用。如果这个链接在浏览器中也无法打开,那只能从其他网站下载 hyperledger-fabric-linux-amd64-1.4.0.tar.gz (版本根据自己需要来选择)文件拷贝进来解压使用。
