玩游戏时Penny提起周末会去接自己的一个音乐家朋友，在自己这里沙发上借宿一段时间。Leonard一问那人不是gay，而且跟Penny好过，顿时很介意Penny不征求他意见，两人吵了起来，不欢而散。
再次见面时有点尴尬，Penny问Leonard是否道歉，Leonard不肯，又不欢而散。
Sheldon受不了，去餐厅要求Penny来道歉，被拒，他说Leonard对Penny有一堆意见。回家后他要求Leonard道歉，Leonard不肯。Penny找上门来说那堆意见，两人又吵起来，结果发现Sheldon不见了，原来他有童年阴影，见不得别人像他父母一样吵架。
他去找Raj，结果Raj在和父母争吵，他走了。
又去找Howard，按了门铃听见母子俩再吵，又走了。
两人到漫画书店把他找到了。答应给他买个机器人和漫画书，总算把他劝回家了。
后来Penny那个朋友就睡在了Sheldon他们公寓的沙发上。
