全新安装需要执行,升级安装可忽略

1.2.创建Python3 venv 环境(Python>=3.6.5,建议使用虚拟环境 )
全新安装需要执行,升级安装也建议重新部署一个venv 环境,便于进行切换。
不推荐在原venv环境中直接进行升级。
