OPatch install "Missing command :fuser"

问题现象：

问题分析：

从输出的日志来看，是没有找到fuser 这个命令，我们需要安装fuser这个命令，让报错不在重现即可。

参考文档：

参考mos：1581604.1，安装psmisc rpm包解决该问题。

问题解决：

根据mos问题提示，需安装psmsic。
