Automatic processing of meeting invitations

Once a colleague called us for help, his notes always accept or decline invitations and then put information in his calender, so he missed a lot of meetings.

But why? what happend in his notes, why his notes can accept or decline invitations automaticly.

Let's check his notes settings, and you will find it a notes system setting, look at the picture below:

Just disable this item, and then you will find his notes works normally.
