Error retrieving information from server, [RPC: S-7 AEC-7]

Are you using a new rom? Suffering from the error of error of "App could not be downloaded due to an error. (Error retrieving information from server. [RPC:S-7:AEC-7])

Here is how to fix it

1] Try going Settings>Accounts>Google>Tap your account> tap three dots in the upper right (or press menu button) "Remove Account".

2.] Go to "Settings"->“Applications”->“Manage Applications” Select "All" Scroll to and tap “Google Play Store”

3.] Tap “Force Stop”, tap “OK”, tap “Clear data”, and tap "OK".

4.] Tap the Back button to get back to the applications list.

5.] Scroll to and tap “Google Service Framework” (or Google Play Services)

6.] Tap “Force Stop”, tap “OK”, tap “Clear data”, and tap "OK".

7.] Now reboot (switch on & off) your device.

然后百度、bing搜索得到的基本都是 [RPC:S-7:AEC-0]这个错误，但如果按这个错误的办法只是删除google账号再重登是没有效果的，所以两个错误并不是同等的

用google搜到的正确做法是清除google play服务和play商店的数据，再重新登录账号就能解决了。

还有国内登录出现这种错误的，是因为国内封了谷歌，需要VPN解决。
