StepView(步骤流程的view)

该控件可以支持这种步骤的操作view展示,像快递app的流程。
1.首先有在xml布局:

该view把需要设置的东西属性,都通过set进去。提供了好多需要的公共方法属性。
3.HorizontalStepView中包括了两个view一个是绘制图标的view(HorizontalStepsViewIndicator)和一个包含所有的文字的view(RelativeLayout)
