Windows下Python调用海康SDK实时显示网络摄像头

1.安装OpenCV2.4.13

2.将海康SDK路径添加到系统环境变量

3.使用swig生成接口文件

1.安装swig

2.下载OpenCV-swig接口文件

3.将接口文件lib文件夹下的文件与下面三个源文件放到一起

3.命令行输入下面命令生成HKIPcamera_wrap.cxx文件(cd到源文件文件夹下,opencv路径改成自己的路径)

4.修改plaympeg4.h文件

在extern “C” __declspec(dllexport) 的“C”和 下划线之间加空格,否则会报错。

5.下载boost库,将头文件和库文件添加到项目中
