RefreshListFragment中没有指明其编译的最低版本；因为它依赖了pullToRefresh_library库，所以它的miniSdkVersion不能小于库的版本，在build.gradle的


解决方法：在pullToRefresh的build.gradle中添加指定版本范围 defaultConfig：

    buildToolsVersion '25.0.0'

        minSdkVersion 16
        targetSdkVersion 25

}

再次编译，问题解决。
