【问题】python安装包问题

今天需要安装一个pandas_datareader包

pip、powershell和conda安装都报错

问题：

pip 管理员模式报错如下，而且任何包都会出错：

更新pip（我已经是最新版本的pip），出错如下：

解决：

用管理员模式打开conda，进行安装就成功了。

 

更新：

似乎是学校的网络的问题，回家之后pip就能正常运行
