CTS Verifier中sensor相关测项需要关闭Ambient Display

CTS Verifier在6.0_R12版本中对Sensors相关的测试项要求：
‘Ambient Display’not set to :false
但Setting-Display里没有Ambient Display选项，无法设置为false，导致这些测试项报错无法测试。

 Currently Google does not enable Ambient Display by default because of that config_dozeComponent is empty due to which (debug.doze.component) is null and Doze Service is not supported so Ambient Display menu is not shown in Display Settings.
 If you want to change the value then you can change inside frameworks/base/core/res/res/values/config.xml as below to support that :
 com.android.systemui/com.android.systemui.doze.DozeService

注意：添加菜单后，具体功能的实现是要自己开发或者使用第三方的。
 若不想增加这个菜单，可通过向google申请豁免的方式，直接点击pass anyway，请向我司申请分析报告。
