【ArcGIS】Failed to create the site. Failed to create the service ‘System/CachingTools.GPServer‘

场景

ArcGIS server通过 localhost:6443创建站点，一直报错，各种服务无法创建，找到server/usr/logs下面的日志
有那么一段：

与服务器的连接意外终止
 (WinINet Error while using HTTPS security, 12030)

日志如下：

报错如下：

Error: Failed to create the site. Failed to create the service ‘System/CachingTools.GPServer’

Failed to create the site. Failed to create the service ‘System/PublishingTools.GPServer’

解决思路：

百度必应了N条答案，最后官方解答解决问题：

1.切换arcgis用户

如果远程机还需要给 arcgis用户添加到远程组（远程登录）和管理组（可管理服务）

2.关闭arcgisserver服务

3.internet选项-高级-安全

取消勾选检查服务器整数吊销，应用确定

4.退出arcgis用户，重新登录管理员账户，重启服务

5.创建站点，成功

配置ArcGISDeskTop登录就行了
