宝塔面板（php7.0+nginx+mysql）配置ssl证书

配置好后重启nginx即可
附注：如果出现访问不了情况，在服务器开启443端口
注意：Nginx升级到1.15.0，之后也许会报：nginx: [warn] the "ssl" directive is deprecated, use the "listen ... ssl" directive instead in /www/server/nginx/conf/nginx.conf:63这样的错误，虽然这只是nginx的一个警告 不影响运行

提示原有ssl on;这个配置已失效 使用listen 443 ssl;替代
