这个错误的主要原因是LANG环境变量为中文导致opatch不能准确的获取ORACLE_HOME导致，这应该算是opatch的一个BUG了，但Oracle认为这只是个PROBLEM。

# vi ~/.bash_profile

加入:

export LANG=en_US
