安装apk出现Parse error when parsing manifest. Discontinuing installation.解决方案

问题：

进行apk安装的时候，总是出现“Parse error when parsing manifest. Discontinuing installation.”错误。

分析原因：

安装权限不够，需要申请：

1、android.permission.INSTALL_PACKAGES" />

2、需要安装的apk文件的777（-rwxrwxrwx）权限。正常下载下来的apk为“-rw-------”权限，安装需要“-rwxrwxrwx”权限；

3、需要安装apk所在目录的777（-rwxrwxrwx）权限。

解决方案：
