[乐意黎]Windows 7下IE 11的F12控制台抛Error: An error has ocurredJSPlugin.3005的解决方法

乐意黎在解决IE下的一个BUG时，当用IE11 进行调试时，出现以下错误。

Installing the update KB3008923 fixed the issue.

解决方法安装Windows7补丁：KB3008923；
