今天遇到一个问题也是不知道哪里问题，所以记录下来，盘他。。。。。

使用的环境：IEDA+SVN+Nexus

错误例子：

[ERROR] Failed to execute goal on project u-plan: Could not resolve dependencies for project com.upi.web:xxxxxxxxxx:war:1.0.0-SNAPSHOT:

blic (http://xxxxxxxxxxx/nexus/repository/upi-maven-public/): Not authorized , ReasonPhrase:Unauthorized. -> [Help 1]

我当时遇到这个问题的情况是IDEA上传到私服的情况下，Maven使用的是命令deploy到私服，会出现这种问题。但是如果不使用命令的话，其他都是没有问题的。
