1、git中可以加入忽略文件权限的配置，

具体如下：

$ git config core.filemode false

查看：

root@jin-home:/home/jin/view/code# cat .git/config 
[core]
    repositoryformatversion = 0
    filemode = false
    bare = false
    logallrefupdates = true  
    ignorecase = false
[remote "origin"]
    url = [email protected]:ZCY/code.git
    fetch = +refs/heads/*:refs/remotes/origin/*
[branch "master"]
    remote = origin
    merge = refs/heads/master

2、配置Git支持大小写敏感和修改文件名中大小写字母

git config --system core.ignorecase  false
