The carbon fiber  is an incredible material that has a revolutionised bike frame bike design and performance.  It is light weight and can be used in to any kind of the situation .  corrosion -resistant . can be formed into any shaped desired.  And it is strong for for its intented uses. 

It is strong enough for the fomula one and aerospace application .  And so it is strong enough For your bike. 

Quality is a key no matter what frame you choose , and like  carbon frame,  steel frame ,  alloy frame .  titanium .  high quality will prove more durable.  There are no needs to change the way you use of the carbon ,  but there are a number of steps you should take care and maintenance . 

Buy a torque wrench

Although incredible resistant to force in the direction it is designed for .  crushing can easily damage carbon fiber. Over tighting the clamps and bolts.  Such as handbars and seatposts,  is one of the famous carbon fiber damage . All components on a carbon fiber bike will have recommended torque values  .

USE assembly paste.

One of the downsides of the relatively low torques value required by carbon frame and components be prone to slipping.  This especially affect the seatposts .  Do not be temped just to tighten it up and use some assembly paste .
