SAP MM MD02与MS02的区别

MS02 - Single Item Multilevel Long term Planning is used for Long Term Planning scenario. Where after giving the demand for a material in MD61 in an inactive version & assigning that particular material to a Planning scenario, LTP run will be carried out for that material.

It is used to create simulation orders and plan for the Annual Production Plan.

It is a simulation mode it nowhere affects the costing, inventory and sales used mainly in long term planning. Long term planning scenario created by MS31 and run by MS01 or MS02. This scenario cannot be run by MD02.

In MS02 you will get simulative planned orders. Simulative planned orders are obtained for that material which can be seen in MS04. But this planned orders cannot be convert to production orders. Because this is simulation run. With tcode MS64, you have to copy the version to demand management. After that requirement plan will be transferred to MD62.

MD02-Single Item Multi level planning, it is used to run MRP and create procurement proposals. This will use for demand created in planning table in MD61 tcode.

It is the regular material planning.

It is an MRP run will be reflected in the costing, inventory and sales areas.

It is MRP for a material which has got PIR's in active version and we get planned orders for these materials which can be processed for further activities.
