Spicy Golden Cicadas （香辣金蝉）

1】Main ingredient（主料）：

      cicadas（金蝉）

2】Charge mixture（配料）：

      Chinese red pepper （花椒）

dry red pepper（干辣椒段）

3】Flavoring（调味料）：

      onion（葱）、ginger（姜）、garlic（蒜）、salt（盐）、oginomoto（味精）

4】Cooking process（烹饪流程）：

✔Wash the cicadas with water，then dry them with a dry towel.（将金蝉洗干净，然后用干毛巾擦干。)

✔Fry the golden cicadas and squash them when they are cooked.（将金蝉炒香，炒熟后将金蝉压扁。）

✔Add salt and oginomoto,  stir fry them evenly ，then pour them out.（加入盐、味精，煸炒均匀后倒出。）

✔Stir fry dry pepper, Chinese red pepper，onion, ginger and garlic slices ，then stir fry together with golden cicadas.（锅中加油煸炒干椒节、花椒、葱姜蒜片，加入金蝉混合炒匀即可。）
