c#中上传文件

最近在项目中需要上传excel文件到服务器。由于之前使用 httphelper 框架来发送 http 请求和服务端通信。

在尝试使用 httphelper 发送文件的时候遇到些问题，耽误了2天迟迟没有解决。

最终尝试使用 httpwebrequest 和 webclient 。
