In the speech,  Steven Jobs told three stories. There is no doubt that he is successful. Although his childhood is unhappy.

The speech tells us that  if you want  to succeed, you must constantly pursue what you really like. As he said the only way to do great work is to love what you do and if you haven't found it yet, keep looking , and don't settle.

And when we have difficulty in life or we need to do an important decision , we shouldn't let the noise of others' opinions drown out our own inner voice, and have the courage to follow heart and intuition.

So, we need have passion to find what we want to do then to be our own owner.
