Pointer networks

• Attention model applied to unlimited-vocabulary-output seq-2-seq problems which selects output tokens from input.
• It takes attention scores to do pointer selection, makes OOV(out of vocabulary) problems solvable.
• The method presented in this paper is used to be complementary counterpart with traditional word-embedding AM(attention model) in text summarization(abstraction) problems by later papers.
• More interestingly, this paper applies its method on convex hull, triangulation, and TSP problems(math.)
