spring_mvc.xml关于http://www.springframework.org/schema/mvc/spring-mvc.xsd 报错解决方案

报错提示：
Referenced file contains errors (http://www.springframework.org/schema/mvc/spring-mvc.xsd). For more information, right click on the message in the Problems View and select “Show Details…”

在网上找了很多方法，最后发现我配置有问题

将最后一行配置出修改为：http://www.springframework.org/schema/mvc/spring-mvc-4.1.xsd
