FFmpeg报Too many packets buffered for output stream

问题描述

 1、使用以下命令切割视屏时报Too many packets buffered for output stream

ffmpeg -i 1.mp4 -vf crop=936:483 temp/temp1.mp4 -y

解决方案

1、加个-max_muxing_queue_size 1024，如下

ffmpeg -i 1.mp4 -max_muxing_queue_size 1024 -vf crop=936:483 temp/temp1.mp4 -y
