• assetsRoot - build后文件存在的根目录绝对路径
• assetsSubDirectory - 静态文件目录路径，相对于assetsRoot
• assetsPublicPath - index.html中引用路径前缀。如值为"/abc/"时，index.html中js/css路径为"/abc/static/..."
