iOS build diff: /../Podfile.lock: No such file or directory

Git版本控制 + cocoapods
运行脚本更新项目报错：
diff: /../Podfile.lock: No such file or directory
error: The sandbox is not in sync with the Podfile.lock. Run 'pod install' or update your CocoaPods installation.

根据提示运行pod install pod update 依然没用

要把workspace删掉，重新pod install 生成。并且 command+shift+k
