vscode添加智能提示

由于tsd已经被废弃，所以不再使用tsd，使用typings
安装typings

npm install typings -g
或者
npm install -g cnpm --registry=https://registry.npm.taobao.org
cnpm install typings -g

其中"dt~"为使用DefinitelyTyped类型定义的意思，vscode可以识别这种定义。
