问题报错： The server time zone value is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone

问题报错：

Caused by: com.mysql.cj.exceptions.InvalidConnectionAttributeException: The server time zone value '�й���׼ʱ��' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the serverTimezone configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

原因：编译器和服务器时区有出入，时区问题，需要增加serverTimezone配置

• 一般默认为UTC，也就是没修改过使用默认的，serverTimezone设置为UTC（世界统一时间）
• 如果修改过，一般也只会修改成北京时间，serverTimezone设置为Asia/Shanghai（北京时间）
• 如果修改为其他时区，可以去网上在查查

解决：
在db.url中加入&serverTimezone=UTC

spring.datasource.platform=mysql
db.num=1
db.url.0=jdbc:mysql://localhost:3306/nacos_config?characterEncoding=utf8&connectTimeout=1000&socketTimeout=3000&autoReconnect=true&serverTimezone=UTC
