redis启动报错Could not connect to Redis at 127.0.0.1:6379: Connection refused：解决办法

报错信息如下：

[root@localhost bin]# ./redis-cli
Could not connect to Redis at 127.0.0.1:6379: Connection refused
Could not connect to Redis at 127.0.0.1:6379: Connection refused
not connected> redis-server /etc/redis.conf
Could not connect to Redis at 127.0.0.1:6379: Connection refused

解决办法：

1.启动redis-server的服务，才能启动redis

2.再次启动redis就ok了
