MySQL分页查询偏移量问题

如果偏移量大于1000,返回速度较慢，

如select * from t_pass where hm like 'B%' order by sj asc limit 1210,10;

如何避免，

翻页时连续翻页，一页一页的翻，如

select * from t_pass where hm like 'B%' order by sj asc limit 1200,10;

然后再执行下面的，速度就快了

select * from t_pass where hm like 'B%' order by sj asc limit 1210,10;
