The type BASE64Encoder is not accessible 解决方法

Access restriction: The type BASE64Encoder is not accessible due to restriction on required library D:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7\lib\rt.jar

1,右键project中 Build Path 设置，Remove JRE System Library,

2,右键project， Add Library , 然后选择   JRE System Library  .

个人看法：remove jresystem library 后可以先回左边目录看有没彻底删除，反正我第一次没删成功，要再删一次 - -
