leetCode 106.Construct Binary Tree from Inorder and Postorder Traversal (根据中序遍历和后序遍历构造二叉树)

Given inorder and postorder traversal of a tree, construct the binary tree.

Note:
You may assume that duplicates do not exist in the tree.

思路:这题和上题类似,前序第一个是根节点,后序遍历最后一个是根节点。其余步骤类似。
